Return and Refund Policy

Aww, returning One Big Hitch™ is one big bummer.

But! We strive for customer satisfaction!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy:

Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving product, as verified by original tracking information.
Items returned must appear unused, undamaged, complete, and include return sender's information as found on requested return slip.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned product, as verified by returned tracking information. Accepted return carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Process for return:

Locate your order number via original emailed receipt.
Email us with the heading "RETURN REQUEST (order number)" to obtain a return slip.
Once issued a return slip, include it with the item(s) being returned and package your item for shipment.
Upload valid tracking information by replying to Return Request email. Please include carrier name along with tracking number.
